From Innsbrook Community Input, Creating the Conceptual Vision of "Next"

Looking ahead to continue its success as a vibrant, growing economic engine in the region, "Innsbrook Next" is the canvas to unlock the potential of architects, land planners and landscape designers to explore what is next in Innsbrook's progression to an urban mixed-use community.
The drawing shown here is one architect’s conceptual vision on the drawing board for Innsbrook Next – submitted by CMSS Architects, primary planner for Innsbrook.
In the development process of any master plan, you go through a series of evolutions driven by people’s needs and reflecting the change in markets. “It’s exciting to be part of the process to explore and invent. In the near future we will unveil more conceptual drawings offering a fresh perspective of what the ‘Innsbrook Next’ vision could look like,” states Paul Kreckman, president of the Innsbrook Owners Association.
The good news to report is that throughout this process we have a top team of developers, architects and county planning officials working together with input from the business community and people living and working in and around Innsbrook.
“A very positive component that is sometimes overlooked is the overwhelming enthusiasm for the process and that’s exciting to see, almost the same enthusiasm I saw when the first vision for Innsbrook was starting to come together in 1980,” notes Paul Kreckman.
